Context of the sound: music of the Law

Comment: The letter B contains two scenes. In the upper loop of the B, sits David, positioned between a psaltry and an organ, tuning his harp. In the lower loop of the B, the slaying of Goliath by David is depicted. The tuning of the harp is an allegory for the establishment of the law. The same for the story of Goliath. The scenes are connected by proximity and the framing device of the letter.
